Any person who intends to be member of DMECI should fulfill the following: Be full age 16 years or older Pay his/her registration fee Complete an application for registration, if approved by the Board Fill the membership form

PAYMENT: JANUARY TO DATE Minimum Monthly contribution of one hundred ($100.00) dollars OR JANUARY TO DECEMBER Bulk payment, Minimum of one thousand two hundred ($1,200.00) dollars for the full year

I hereby apply for registration in DMECI and declare that the information provided on this application is true and agree to notify DMECI of any material change thereto

In order for us to complete your APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP we require the attached forms to be COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO US ALONG WITH A ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY ($150.00) dollars payment.
